We bridge the gap between ShipStation merchants whom ship in-house on their 3 platform(s) and who also need to delegate orders to our outsourced fulfillment platform. We recently achieved a strategic partnership with ShipStation, who also recently partnered with Alibaba and our system allows for cross-selling against live inventories in our network. We even accommodate drop-ship order personalization and automated billing between merchants and seamless order delegation to any of our fulfillment network partners “All-in-One” platform.
We at ShipRelay are very proud to announce our new partnership as “Preferred Fulfillment Partners” with ShipStation, the world’s leading e-commerce shipping solution. The launch of this integration allows ShipStation merchants the ability to seamlessly outsource their fulfillment from ShipStation right into ShipRelay’s platform and network of fulfillers. Orders will sync between the ShipRelay fulfillment platform and ShipStation to make shipping faster, easier, and more economical no matter how you need to ship.
Now, in the next phase of the collaboration, sellers can utilize the ShipStation integration to more efficiently delegate specific orders to be fulfilled outside of ShipStation. Key aspects of the partnership include transparency of the price per request – including selecting the best rate and carrier service from ShipRelay’s fulfillment network in real-time.
By integrating with ShipStation, direct-to-consumer merchants who fulfill on ShipRelay gain seamless access to efficient shipping software, discounted carrier rates and geographic scale that can not be achieved otherwise when shipping from only one location.
Along with the seamless syncing of orders between ShipRelay and ShipStation, the two companies continue to provide resources that allow sellers transparency and control of their fulfillment process and this new partnership will provide cross-promotional marketing and audience development of the two companies’ brands and networks.
